I support and empower women to break free from negative patterns, set boundaries, manage anxieties and stop the cycle of generational trauma. My therapy style is person-centered and I work to provide a space where you can be honest and self-explorative. I meet you where you are and will support you with creating realistic goals and learning the skills necessary to maintain those goals during and after our therapeutic relationship.
You are the expert on your life. I am going to be listening to your concerns, needs and goals. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences. Sessions with me will be focussed on supporting you with reaching your goals, processing difficult topics/experiences, and supporting you with learning skills needed to improve your quality of life or maintain it. I will work to build trust with you and provide a space you can also use to vent and say things you may not be able to say anywhere else.
I work to tailor my sessions for each unique individual. There is no "one size fits all". My style can be described as eclectic because my methods and tools vary based on the needs of each client. I often use mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions to support you with your goals.
I am compassionate, honest and have a sense of humor. I am passionate about each of my client's needs and their overall quality of life. Therapy is not only a space focussed on goals, but can be a safe space to be your most honest self and explore your most authentic points of view.
