I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a passion for helping adolescents and adults find their voice and sense of hope. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be getting to know each other in a safe space and exploring their story and what led to them being in my office. My sessions are a safe and judgment free space and the more honest they are the easier the process will be. I am there to help them and vulnerability is not only a good thing but strongly encouraged.

Meeting each individual where they are and making them feel safe and comfortable. I have had many clients tell me they feel safe in their sessions pretty quickly.
