The Sacred HealHer is here to serve you! We are dedicated to the growth and healing of our clients. My scope is to heal the client from the inside out! If you are seeking a spiritual therapist to assist in understanding metaphysical changes we provide spiritual techniques that will foster growth in that area. At The Sacred HealHer, we pride ourselves on self-care and learning to serve as our best selves. In addition, clients are guided through making connections between inner childhood trauma to Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Life Transition Challenges, etc. Our healing includes young girls and women ages 17 and up. We must heal the mind, touch the soul, and build the sanctuary.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will be mainly geared towards what brought you to therapy. Clients can expect a light chat about who I am as a therapist, what to expect from me as a therapist, and their history and background.

My strengths include working with women to decrease anxiety and depressive symptoms, and heal the innerchild wound. Furthermore, Exhibiting patience as clients work through their challenges. The ability to quickly assess and identify client challenges. Providing a safe space for clients to open up and begin their healing process. Providing guidance and direction on next steps. Actively listening Employing techniques that are useful and helpful to the clients.
