I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress. I create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan using medication management and practical strategies to help you improve coping, regain balance, and move toward a healthier, more stable, fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, we’ll complete a comprehensive assessment to better understand your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. I’ll ask about your mental health history, current stressors, sleep, and overall functioning. We’ll also discuss potential treatment options, including medication if appropriate, and I’ll answer any questions you have. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and leave with a clear plan moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and delivering patient-centered care in both in-person and telehealth settings. I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment while ensuring patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and life stressors, particularly high-functioning individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. Many of my clients are navigating career demands, burnout, transitions, and challenges with focus, sleep, or emotional regulation. My ideal clients are individuals who are open to treatment, value a collaborative approach, and are seeking both symptom relief and practical strategies to function more effectively in their daily lives. I work well with clients who are goal-oriented and interested in understanding their mental health, improving coping skills, and maintaining long-term stability through a combination of medication management and supportive interventions.

My treatment methods

Psychoeducation

I have experience utilizing psychoeducation as a core component of treatment across inpatient and telehealth settings. I routinely educate patients about their diagnoses, the purpose of their medications, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, while also reinforcing coping strategies and adherence. I use psychoeducation to improve insight, engagement, and treatment compliance, ultimately supporting symptom stabilization and long-term recovery.
