I’m Patrick—a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes healing begins with honest connection and compassionate curiosity. I specialize in helping people navigate life transitions, anxiety, and depression, creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My approach blends depth psychiatry with practical tools, always tailored to your unique story. Whether you're seeking clarity, resilience, or simply a place to exhale, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Your first session is an opportunity for me to understand your concerns, medical history, and goals so we can build a safe, practical treatment plan together. Expect a warm, focused appointment where listening and collaboration come first.
As a PMHNP, I bring a rare blend of medical expertise, therapeutic presence, and deep listening. I don’t just treat symptoms—I seek to understand the story behind them. My clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard, not just assessed. I integrate psychopharmacology with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and collaborative goal-setting, tailoring every plan to the individual—not the diagnosis. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or complex trauma, I meet them with compassion and clarity. My approach is rooted in respect for each person’s lived experience, and my goal is always to empower—not pathologize.
My clients are often introspective and curious. They’re not just looking for symptom relief—they want transformation. Together, we work toward: Building emotional resilience and self-compassion. Cultivating meaningful relationships and purpose-driven lives. Learning to sit with discomfort and grow through it

First appointment was great, Mr. Okeke listened to my concerns without interrupting or minimizing my feelings and he listened when I told him what I needed help with. I will be scheduling a second appointment.
