That’s why I incorporate narrative, metaphor, and pop culture into sessions. My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based frameworks. I provide individual therapy for adults and specialize in personal and professional transitions, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, religion and spirituality, grief, and ADHD.
