(he/him)
I work with clients who invite me to walk alongside them on their journey. I believe that our personal stories, experiences, and even the world around us play an essential role in therapy. That’s why I incorporate narrative, metaphor, and pop culture into sessions. My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among other evidence-based frameworks. I provide individual therapy for adults and specialize in personal and professional transitions, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, religion and spirituality, grief, and ADHD.
In our first session the goal is to understand your reason for seeking therapy. We discuss your background and current life experiences.
My greatest strength is providing a space for clients to be their most genuine selves.
Do you feel like you've lost touch with who you truly are? Are you struggling to balance relationships, work, and the many demands of life? If you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, life transitions, or simply seeking to step into your most authentic self, I’m here to help. My goal is to support you in your journey to be most aligned with your values and principles. If you feel we may be a good fit, I’d love to connect.

I utilize various theoretical orientations including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy. However, everyone comes to therapy with a unique set of experiences, so ultimately, my goal is to meet clients where they are.
