My name is Caristen Kimbrell and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology. My background has been working with children and families for the last 20 years. Most recently, over the last 2 years, I have been providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns.

I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and a faith based perspective while working in partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to gain tools to use in relationships and life. I believe there is always hope to feel better and for a promising future.
