With a Master of Arts Degree from Liberty University, I am a compassionate counselor, licensed in the State of Maryland, who helps someone to develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving in order to reduce their psychological distress.
In addition to my training, my many, varied life and career experiences have made me humble and extremely patient.
Life presents circumstances that are often complex and affect our mood and behavior that with a different perspective and a plan for implementing distinctive practices, we can improve our behavior. Peace is the ultimate goal.
First session
In our first session, we begin our journey back to explore your areas of distress and work together to develop a plan for moving forward to your peace and wholeness. We will review historical information about you to gain a better understanding of what has happened in your life. and develop a plan together for the right plan to take to facilitate your healing.
