About me

Hi, I am Jenny. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have 4 years of experience helping clients identify areas for change and implement strategies to get the life they want. Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming and at times a bit scary. My approach is warm and empathetic. I focus on creating a space that is collaborative and non judgmental to encourage growth and change. I believe that by focusing on what we have control over and our reactions to others we can foster fulfilling, healthy relationships and live our best lives.

Jenny is empathetic, intelligent, thoughtful and gives really digestible and actionable advice. I went through several providers that just never felt like the right fit for me, and Jenny has been such an amazing partner. I would recommend her to anyone - as she has the ability to handle complex moments and situations, as well as helping to sort thru the mundane. Regardless of the challenges you’re facing, she is able to bring recommendations to the table for both short and long term solutions.

I lucked into Jenny when I had an immediate need after experiencing 3 back to back to back deaths of family & colleague. Finding a new therapist can be hard, but her warm, understanding and empathetic style really helped us have an instant connection. A year and a half later, life has thrown more curveballs and Jenny has been a saving grace to my mental health.
