LMHC, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
As a warm and caring therapist, I’m passionate about helping youth and young adults overcome challenges and discover their strengths. With five years of experience, I combine empathy, evidence-based strategies, and genuine connection to support my clients in building confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My goal is to empower clients to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
Our first session is about connection — a space for you to feel heard, supported, and understood. We’ll take time to talk about what brings you here, what you hope for, how I can best support you as we begin working together, and answer any questions you might have. There’s no rush or pressure — this time is for you to go at your own pace as we start building a trusting, collaborative relationship.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my warmth, empathy, and ability to create a safe, supportive space for clients to express themselves freely. I take pride in being a compassionate and attentive listener, helping clients feel truly heard and understood. Along with a caring and nonjudgmental presence, I bring clinical knowledge and experience that allow me to guide clients through challenges with both sensitivity and skill. I strive to meet each person where they are and walk beside them as they work toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Are you someone who is open to self-exploration and motivated to make positive changes in their life? Who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, and are ready to engage in the therapeutic process with curiosity and honesty? Welcome! I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to reflect, learn new coping skills, and take small, meaningful steps toward growth and healing.
In my work, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients in exploring how their thinking patterns influence emotional and behavioral responses. Together, we identify unhelpful thoughts, challenge them with evidence-based techniques, and practice new behaviors that promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
I utilize TF-CBT interventions to help clients process trauma, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build effective coping strategies.
Essentially, my approach is eclectic, drawing from various therapeutic models to create a flexible, individualized plan that best supports each client’s growth and healing.
