I want to thank Jennifer for being so present with me. In black communities, therapy is frowned upon. She connected with me immediately. I felt seen and I appreciate it. She’s very authentic and she’s asking questions and challenges you to break down your feelings into words.

I've been working with my therapist for some time now, and I truly appreciate her approach. She empowers me in our sessions and consistently meets me where I’m at. When I struggle with certain concepts, she’s always willing to offer alternative perspectives or solutions that make things feel more manageable. Most importantly, her sincerity shines through—it's clear she’s deeply committed to helping me live more authentically and develop better coping skills for the stressors in my life.
