My name is Eden, and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have practiced in the mental health field for over 4 years. I have worked with clients both in crisis and in an outpatient setting. I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience with clients coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and bipolar disorder. I have worked with children and adolescents struggling with adjustment disorders, behavioral issues, and divorce. As well as, adults dealing with relationship and marital issues. I use a variety of modalities to personalize therapy. I know how difficult seeking treatment is. My goal is to make your goals achievable and help you reach the best version of yourself. In our first session, we will use this opportunity to get to know one another. You will be able to discuss your fears and concerns. Together we will identify goals to match your needs.
I use a variety of techniques and therapy styles depending on the client. I do enjoy adding mindfulness and CBT techniques throughout the sessions. However, I am aware that not all techniques work for everyone, and it is important for me to help you succeed. The only way to do this is to find what practice works best for you.
I have worked with clients of all ages. I enjoy finding techniques and modalities to help personalize the therapy sessions. I deeply enjoy learning new techniques to keep my practice evolving. Most importantly, I will work just as hard as you do in order to achieve your goals in therapy.

Eden is a wonderful therapist who meets me wherever I am. Every week, she challenges me to take meaningful, but realistic steps in my therapy journey. She listens and asks me to dig deeper into my emotions. I love talking with Eden and am thankful for her positive impact on my life.
