Hello, I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW). I have served clients and families in a school setting for almost 14 years.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I will plan to introduce myself and spend a little time getting acquainted so we can partner on your journey to well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strength as a provider is to provide a non-judgmental space where you can tell your story and share your own personal and unique experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with all individuals across the lifespan, but seem to connect best with individuals struggling to find themselves in a rushed chaotic world, folks that suffer with chronic worry and debilitating anxiety, and those that suffer with sadness and depression. I also have a history of working with individuals with disabilities, including the autism spectrum.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I like to work with you on problem solving potential solutions to the way in which you see the world, and concerns you are having. However, I will go at your pace and allow to work through your own solutions with support.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I strongly believe what you think, is how you feel, and how you feel is how you behave. I will help you work on techniques to access your cognitive thoughts in order to mold them into healthier ones.

Narrative

I truly believe everyone has stories to share, about their personal experiences, and when we share them with others it becomes healing and self-reflective.
