I focus on helping clients develop positive coping skills, healthy boundaries, and communication skills to help improve your quality of life. Counseling can open up a world of self-discovery and increase your ability to understand yourself better and I am here to assist you on your journey when you are ready.
In our first session together, in addition to creating a safe and welcoming environment for you, we will also discuss specific challenges you would like to focus on by setting realistic goals, objectives, discussing time frames. This discussion will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My biggest strengths come from previous years of experience as a Clinician with different populations that have increased my ability to build connection with my client's, assist them with establishing measurable goals, and working on skills that increase their ability to manage their mental health.
