“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” - Brene Brown. Therapy will be a supportive space where you can explore and nurture your authentic self. I have over twenty years of experience in the field and a background in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, clients navigating life transitions etc. I use a range of interventions to help clients gain insight and healing in order to make positive lasting change. I help to change the stories people have about themselves and to move towards more ease and joy in their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When first meeting, I’ll be building trust and focusing on creating goals and desired outcomes for therapy. I start with the here-and-now and provide practical tools to enhance your life and most important relationships.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In our work together, I focus on helping clients to have both noticeable improvements in their day-to day life while also working to uproot unhelpful patterns or beliefs for more long term, sustainable change I work on helping clients to integrate and heal their whole self. I’m able to provide short term targeted therapy as well as long term deeper work. I have extensive clinical experience and I’m trained in several modalities, including EMDR, AEDP, and EFT.
