Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently offering virtual therapy services to Pennsylvania residents. I am committed to helping each individual to be the best version of themselves. I have over 14 years experience in working with individuals and families across all ages. I am trained in trauma informed practice, TF-CBT, and PCIT. I feel incredibly honored to be a part of each individual persons journey. I am committed to meeting each person where they are in order to process life’s challenges. I support adolescents, adults and families struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, navigating family systems, low self-esteem, symptoms of ADHD and PTSD. I use active and reflective listening to promote an environment where growth and healing can occur.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I'll introduce myself and talk a bit about my style and approach to therapy. We will talk about what lead you to seek support currently so I can get a sense of your current stressors.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

By using a person-centered, strength's based approach to therapy, I am able to validate individuals experiences to help them feel heard. I value the therapeutic relationship and work hard to ensure each person feels understood.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I very much enjoy working with college students, young professionals who are beginning their careers, individuals who are struggling with relationships, anxiety, parenting, caring for aging parents and those who are feeling overwhelmed with general life stressors.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT as a tool to assist individuals in managing various stressors. Typically CBT is used in my practice to reduce anxiety and lessen instances of depressed mood.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing can be a useful technique when empowering individuals who want to change a specific behavior or pattern.

Strength-Based

It is a passion of mine to highlight each individual's strengths and this approach allows individuals to see themselves in a positive way which can create strong connection and reinforces the belief that they are able to overcome obstacles that otherwise feel overwhelming.

Compassion Focused

Joining people on their therapeutic journey is an honor I do not take for granted. It gives me great joy to validate individuals to help them feel heard and understood in ways they may have been missing in their life.
