I enjoy working with individuals who seeking support in working through problems of living, grappling with stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma, abuse, grief and depression. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their decision making process.
