I'm bilingual (English/Spanish). Are you feeling overwhelmed due to the demands of daily life? Do you find yourself in a cycle of anxiety, stress, or depression? Are you navigating complex decisions or life transitions that leave you uncertain about the future? Has your relationship lost the love and intimacy it once had? Have you observed a strain in communication with your partner? Is your relationship facing difficulties due to a breakdown in trust resulting from infidelity or betrayal? Has your marriage ended and left you grieving? Are you and your partner planning to go separate but unsure how to do it peacefully?

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My practice is a welcoming space for all, and I am proud to have a diverse community of clients. I believe in the power of the 'golden rule of three.' Give us three meetings to see if we are a good fit, discuss your goals, and tailor a plan for you with the 3 main issues you may want to achieve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am here to assist you if you strive to remain authentic as a partner, parent, stepparent, or professional in a constantly changing environment. Whether you are coping with anxiety, depression, or unhealthy habits, we can collaborate to make attainable changes and provide mutual support to achieve your goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT techniques in my professional practice for 15 years, assisting many clients with issues like anger, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Together, we'll use CBT to enhance your emotional well-being and understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact each other. I'll help you change your thinking patterns to lead a less anxious to cope with the challenges of a high-pressure life. Let's work together on this!

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my professional practice, I have used DBT to assist individuals in managing a variety of mental health issues, particularly anxiety, trauma, anger, and borderline personality disorder.  With this approach, we will work together to accept the reality of your life and behaviors. Our main focus will be on empowering you to learn to change your life, including your unhelpful behaviors. Let's partner on this journey of change!

Couples Counseling

With a deep passion for nurturing marriages and guiding individuals through life's challenges, I bring 28 years of counseling experience to help couples and families in Argentina and the United States. My counseling style is not just focused, empathic, and compassionate but also infused with a sense of humor, making the journey towards healing a little lighter. Whether you're seeking to enhance your communication skills or find yourself in constant conflict, whether you're contemplating divorce or planning to tie the knot, my counseling services are open to all. No matter where you are in your relationship journey, take the first step and reach out today.

EMDR

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting many clients as they navigate through anxiety, depression, and past traumas. I understand that trauma and life stressors can make us feel isolated and shattered. With both teens and adults, I've used EMDR therapy, an excellent approach that enables individuals to process and desensitize their trauma, allowing them to move forward and embrace the future. Whether you've recently experienced a traumatic event or you're in the process of recovering from years of stress, I want you to know that you have the power to seek help and the promise of positive change ahead!

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

For the past 28 years, my goal has been to offer counseling services to as many individuals as possible. Life can be full of challenges and changes, which can be challenging to handle. I aim to support clients in overcoming these challenges by providing caring and empathetic assistance in a secure environment. I work closely with clients, and considering their overall well-being, I can help them achieve real change and personal growth. I believe in the gold rule of three. I suggest having at least three sessions to determine if we are a good match and to explore what would best support you in the therapeutic process. We can then identify three areas to focus on during our time together. These areas may be modified as needed, but they will guide and give purpose to our work together. I am excited to meet with you!
