Hello, I'm Linda. I'm an LCSW with 8 years of experience in providing a safe and calm space for my patients. As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand what it means to carry experiences that are hard to put into words, and to navigate a world that doesn't always make space for you. Whether you are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety or OCD, I want you to know that you don't have to walk through it alone. I believe in your ability to heal, and I'm here to support that with care and consistency.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Taking that first step toward therapy can feel scary. Your first session with me will be a genuine conversation. I want to learn who you are, what has brought you to therapy, what is already going well in your life, and what you hope to change. We will explore your goals together and begin building a treatment plan that feels meaningful and personal to you. My hope is that you leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.

Clients often tell me that I am easy to talk to, that they feel a real connection, and that our work together feels warm and safe. That is exactly the kind of space I set out to create because I believe healing happens best when you feel you can be yourself.

I have a deep passion for treating people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, or trauma. I have had the privilege of working with people from all different backgrounds and cultures. As a therapist, one of the most beautiful things I have learned is that the clients who grow the most are the ones who feel truly connected in the therapeutic relationship. The feeling of being safe, seen, and genuinely understood is where healing really begins. I cherish that connection with every single client I work with.

EMDR

I utilize EMDR with clients navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety, Before we begin processing, I take time to make sure you feel safe and grounded.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

We work together to build a hierarchy of fears, starting with what feels most manageable and slowly working our way up. I never push you toward anything you are not ready for. My role is to walk beside you every step of the way, offering support, encouragement, and a steady presence as you do the brave work of facing what has felt so overwhelming.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In our work together, I weave mindfulness in organically with breathing exercises and grounding practices. With these techniques I'll help you develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with your own inner experience.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I especially love combining CBT with mindfulness and strengths-based approaches. I believe healing is most powerful when you can both challenge unhelpful thoughts and deeply reconnect with your own resilience and worth.
