Hi- I am Kelley! After experiencing some major life altering events, I decided that sharing hope and inspiration to others who may be struggling felt like my calling. When you work with me, you will be met with compassion and empathy no matter what challenges you may be facing. I specialize in complex trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders and couples therapy. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach which is highly solution focused. Whenever a problem exists, so does a solution! If you are currently struggling with depression and/or anxiety, experiencing a life transition (empty nest, divorce, retirement, death of a loved one) or just trying to navigate life post pandemic, together we can create a plan that you feel comfortable with in a completely safe space free of judgment. Have any questions? Feel free to reach out! Mental Wellness is a key to success in all areas of our lives. Let's put the focus back on yours!
You can expect to meet with me in a very relaxed setting. Your first visit will consist of information gathering. I will ask a lot of questions and we will discuss what has brought you to counseling. When you leave, you will have a verbal plan of how you can move forward
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that include cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness, The Gottman Method for couples and other methods that I integrate to best suit my clients
My passion is to help you transition during the most challenging aspects of your life's journey. I focus on building greater emotional connections in your relationships and recognizing that each aspect of your life, regardless the stage, is meant to offer you positive growth
