Hi, I’m a licensed therapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, rediscover their strengths, and reconnect with their sense of self. I believe therapy is one of the few places in life where you get to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—without judgment, pressure, or expectations. My work is grounded in the belief that you already carry the capacity for healing within you; my role is to help you access it with clarity, support, and compassion. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of their most difficult and transformative moments. I approach therapy collaboratively, honoring your lived experiences while helping you understand patterns that may be holding you back—whether those patterns stem from stress, trauma, relationships, self-doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from who you want to be. My therapeutic style is warm, calm, and supportive. Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me because I meet them where they are and focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship. I bring curiosity, humor when it’s helpful, and a grounded presence to every session.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll take things at a comfortable pace, focusing on what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. You don’t need to prepare anything or tell your whole story right away—this is simply a space to begin. I’ll ask some gentle, open-ended questions about your current concerns, your background, and what support looks like for you. We’ll talk through what you’re needing right now, what feels most important, and any goals you’d like to work toward. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to get a sense of my style, ask questions, and see whether I’m the right fit. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and safe to show up exactly as you are.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my biggest strengths is building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I show up authentically—warm, present, and genuinely invested—so you can feel safe enough to open up and explore what’s really going on. I’m able to attune to both what’s being said and what’s happening beneath the surface, helping clients put language to emotions and experiences that have felt tangled or confusing. I balance compassion with gentle challenge, helping you move forward without feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore their inner world with honesty and curiosity—even if they’re not quite sure where to start. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from themselves. Some are navigating major life transitions, while others are simply tired of carrying everything on their own. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to show up as you are. If you’re looking for a supportive, grounded, and collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, you’re in the right place.
EMDR
EMDR is a gentle, structured therapy that helps your mind process painful or overwhelming experiences so they no longer feel “stuck.” Through guided eye movements or tapping, EMDR supports the brain’s natural ability to heal, reduce emotional distress, and build healthier beliefs about yourself and your past.
Attachment-based
Attachment-Based Therapy is a gentle, relationship-focused approach that helps people feel safer, more connected, and more understood. It’s built on the belief that healing happens through supportive relationships, and that our early experiences with caregivers shape how we relate to ourselves and others today. In a warm and attuned therapeutic space, clients can explore old patterns, make sense of past hurts, and practice new ways of connecting that feel more secure and fulfilling. This approach is especially helpful for those wanting to deepen emotional bonds, heal from relational wounds, and build stronger, healthier connections in their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT focuses on helping you understand how your thoughts shape your feelings and actions. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck and learn realistic, empowering ways to shift them so you can feel more in control and supported in daily life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based therapy teaches you how to slow down, notice what you’re feeling, and respond with intention rather than overwhelm. By building present-moment awareness, you can learn to calm your nervous system, manage stress, and feel more grounded.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) combines cognitive-behavioral strategies with mindfulness to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. It supports stability, balance, and healthier coping.
