I earned my Master's degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, and I am licensed to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy. My professional background includes working in various settings where I have gained experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. After each session, I want you to leave feeling truly heard and understood, knowing that your thoughts and emotions were respected. My goal is for you to feel empowered and supported, with a clear sense of direction on how to move forward. Whether it’s through a new coping strategy, therapy technique, or medication adjustment, I aim to provide you with a tangible plan that makes sense for your unique needs. You should also leave with a renewed sense of hope, knowing that positive change is possible, even when the road feels challenging. Above all, I want you to feel safe, validated, and respected, knowing that this space is here for you to express yourself freely without judgment. Most importantly, I hope that, at the end of our time together, you feel a sense of relief or calm, as if you've taken a meaningful step in your journey toward healing and growth.

Erika is very easy to talk to and creates an environment where I feel comfortable being open and honest. She seems genuinely concerned about my well being and takes the time to listen without making me feel rushed. She also makes it clear that she is available if any new concerns come up, which gives me a lot of reassurance. I really value how supportive she is.
