Our sessions are all about you - I want you to feel safe sharing anything and everything you want without fear of judgment or rejection. I listen with empathy, giving direct but gentle guidance to help you move in the direction you want. Nothing is off-limits. This is YOUR time!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of my clients are young adults navigating life transitions, such as leaving home for the first time, starting or ending a relationship, or moving into a new stage of life. I also enjoy working with LGBT+ clients who are looking for a safe space to process identity concerns, relationship issues, and stress management. I help clients identify and implement healthy boundaries with themselves and others, practice assertive and clear communication, and build a toolkit of healthy mood management skills.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In session, I use CBT-based principles and techniques to help clients better understand the interactions between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This includes identifying and challenging unhealthy thought patterns and beliefs, developing healthier ways to regulate emotions, and implementing positive action to move you closer to your goals.
