I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based out of Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from Lehigh University. In my 10 years of experience I have worked with a wide range of clients for mental health/substance abuse disorders, in a variety of different settings (community clinics, residential, school-based, private practice). My motto is “connection before correction”, which means I prioritize a strong therapeutic relationship. I like to use integrative approaches to fit the individual needs of my clients, in order to promote long-term change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Since I like to tailor my therapy to fit each individual client, the first session is based on gathering information about who you are. This will allow me to get to know: 1. You as a person 2. Your specific challenges 3. Your strengths 4. What you want to accomplish from therapy I will use this information to help with goal-setting and treatment planning for our time together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

High energy, positive, with a bubbly personality — I am not your typical quiet/introverted therapist you see in the movies!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with teenagers and young adults — but have worked with a wide variety of ages! I feel like I work best with clients that struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, relational issues, motivation issues, etc.
