I’m Christin Grice, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and sex therapist who works with individuals and couples to build more connected, authentic, and fulfilling lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming of diverse identities, relationships, and ways of being. I specialize in helping clients navigate relationship dynamics, intimacy, sexuality, and identity from a systemic and sex-positive lens. This includes working with LGBTQ+ clients, consensual non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and those exploring desire, pleasure, and sexual expression. I also support clients struggling with concerns such as porn overuse or addiction, compulsive sexual behaviors, erectile dysfunction (ED), and premature ejaculation (PE). I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are welcome without judgment or assumption. Whether you’re feeling stuck in patterns, disconnected from your partner(s), or wanting to better understand your relationship to sex and intimacy, I help you get underneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I bring a grounded, nonjudgmental presence where you can talk openly about things that may feel difficult to say elsewhere whether that’s sex, desire, porn use, compulsive behaviors, kink, relationship structures, or identity. I’m comfortable working with topics that are often stigmatized, including erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation (PE), and out-of-control sexual behaviors, and I approach them with curiosity, respect, and clinical skill. I’m an engaged and active therapist who will help you untangle complex emotional and relational patterns, improve communication, and better understand your needs, boundaries, and desires. I balance warmth with honesty, offering reflections and practical tools that support real movement and growth. My goal is to help you feel both supported and challenged in ways that lead to deeper self-awareness, sexual well-being, and more fulfilling connections.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my ability to create a sex-positive, kink-affirming, and LGBTQ+-affirming space where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment. I work through a culturally responsive lens that recognizes the unique experiences of marginalized communities, including BIPOC and queer individuals, while helping clients navigate identity, relationships, intimacy, self-esteem, and emotional wellness with openness, curiosity, and compassion.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and couples who are open to exploring themselves and their relationships with honesty and curiosity. I’m especially well-positioned to support LGBTQ+ clients; people in non-traditional or non-monogamous relationships; and those navigating questions around sexuality, desire, kink/BDSM, or identity. I also work with clients experiencing relationship conflict, intimacy challenges, mismatched desire, erectile dysfunction (ED), premature ejaculation (PE), porn overuse or addiction, and compulsive sexual behaviors. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles around sex or connection and are looking not just for symptom relief, but for a deeper understanding of what’s driving those patterns. If you’re wanting to feel more in control of your sexual behavior, more connected in your relationships, or more aligned with your identity and desires, we can work together to help you get there in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
