Carrie Moore
I am Carrie Moore a licensed therapist. I have a passion for helping clients to find positive solutions to lead their best lives. It is my goal to work with clients collaboratively in a safe and non-judgmental space to assist them in facilitating positive changes to reach their therapeutic goals. When working with clients, I hope to establish an effective therapeutic relationship and provide support and understanding to my clients through the entire therapeutic process. I look forward to working with you.
First session
I believe in meeting clients where they are at to help them move along the stages of change. I also believe in exploring family of origin issues to help one understand some thinking patterns that may not be helpful and conversely, identify the patterns that are helpful. I believe that we work together to build a treatment plan and set realistic goals.
