About me

Everyone needs help from time to time. I enjoy helping people to find their strengths; their gifts, talents and abilities that they were created with. Whether you’re experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or just feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe place to work things out and find solutions that are right for you. I find that many people are helped by connection with a therapist, someone who will listen, but also use their training and experience, bringing that into the relationship.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I work in an informal manner. In our first session, I will need to ask you a lot of questions. Not every session will be like this, but I need information from you in order to understand your struggles, and appreciate the kind of help you are looking for.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I enjoy forming a relationship with my clients, getting to know them, understanding their uniqueness. Will things like depression, anxiety have many things in common, each person experiences them in their own way. I like to find out what that is.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You’ve been carrying around a lot of stress, tension, or depression. To others you may look like you’ve “got it together”, but you’re not certain where to turn. What you know is you feel stuck and you don’t know how to move forward. Maybe you’ve lost relationships or had a setback in your life plans. Sometimes you might feel like giving up, but right now you’re looking for help. You want to feel hope again, you want to pull your life together, find that next step. You might also like to work on relationships, and set new goals for your life, or just find someone who will listen.
