I offer a variety of counseling services. My primary specialties are couples, ADHD-related issues in adults, and men's issues. I love working with couples, families and individuals. I work with adults 18+. I enjoy working with men and men's issues. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management issues, ADHD-related issues in adults, and life transitions. I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2019 with my Master's degree and have 3+ years of experience. I worked as a Home Based Therapist working with families who had open DCS cases before moving into private practice full-time in April 2022. As a Christian, I approach what I do with a Christian worldview. This does not mean I try to shove my worldview down anyone's throat but I am not ashamed of who I am. I am very comfortable with clients who do not share my worldview. If a client wants to integrate their Christian faith into their counseling experience I am more than happy to integrate prayer and Scripture into their care.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first session together, I will work with you to complete a thorough intake exploring the history of your physical health, mental health, social life, relationships, trauma, etc. We will of course explore the reasons you are seeking therapy as well and your goals. Time will be given so you can ask me questions about the process and what moving forward would look like.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
One of my biggest strengths is maintaining a balance of knowing when to be gracious and when to be more challenging toward my clients. I offer a space that is full of grace and truth and I work hard to provide a space where the therapeutic relationship is as collaborative as possible.
