About
As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover the tools and insights already within you. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based practices, and a Person-Centered approach to help clients build self-awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their sense of worth and purpose. My style is warm, grounding, and authentic. I meet clients where they are, balancing evidence-based interventions with deep empathy and human connection.
First session
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll also discuss your background, current stressors, and any patterns you’ve noticed in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships.
Strengths
My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel deeply understood and supported. I bring genuine empathy, patience, and presence to every session, helping clients feel safe enough to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is a woman who feels ready to explore their inner world and make meaningful change, even if they’re not quite sure where to start. I work best with women who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Whether it's your first time pursuing therapy or you are looking to continue your therapeutic journey, this will be a comfortable space for you!
