Hello, my name is Kiana. I specialize in working with adults connected to the military or who have significant others in the military. As a military spouse, I understand the lifestyle and it's challenges and work to find real solutions to the present stressors. No one person is the same and I value you as the expert on you, though everyone can use a non-judgmental support person at times.

With our time together, we will explore the many factors contributing to your current concerns and stressors to uncover the root of the problem(s). At this juncture, I tailor our time together to find what is needed to implement real change.
Strengths
I'm more than a therapist for adults connected to the military community, I myself am a military spouse. I know this lifestyle and it's stressors because I live them and have found success navigating everyday challenges with real solutions and adaptations. This lived experience gives me strength and confidence that I can help others with similar stressors.
