1111 Looking for a bomb therapeutic experience ?! You have found one! I bring a warm, down to earth and lighthearted energy to therapy so you feel comfortable showing up just as you are. My goal is to be that safe space where you can untangle the confusion, learn to trust yourself, and create healthier, happier connections. My practice currently focuses exclusively on adult clients with relationship issues including family/friendship issues and intimate relationship issues, including divorce. Lead with your heart and gain the healing your soul desires! Specialties: LGBTQ+ and/or Relationship Issues.
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s been on your mind, what brought you here and what you’d like to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to “have it figured out" , we’ll take it step by step. Think of it less like a test and more like a conversation where you get to breathe, share your story and leave feeling lighter with a plan forward.
What clients often say they appreciate most is my ability to bring warmth, humor and clarity into the process. I combine practical tools with a compassionate, non judgmental presence so you can start setting boundaries, finding your voice and breaking free from old patterns that no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative so we will laugh, reflect and problem solve together so therapy feels less intimidating and more like having a supportive teammate by your side.
I work best with people who are navigating relationships , whether that’s with partners, family, or even themselves. Many of my clients are working through patterns of people pleasing, codependency, or struggling to speak up for their needs. I also love supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community who want a space that feels safe, affirming and free of judgment. Neurospicys welcome here with open arms! My clients usually come to me not because they’re in crisis but because they’re ready to make small but meaningful changes in how they show up in love, life and friendships.

You will make good progress and be in good hands.
In my therapy sessions, I take a modern and engaging approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), making it feel less like a clinical exercise and more like an interactive experience. I blend traditional CBT techniques with real-life applications, using humor, relatable metaphors, and creative exercises to help clients challenge negative thought patterns in a way that feels natural and empowering. Whether it’s reworking cognitive distortions through pop culture analogies, gamifying behavior change, or incorporating mindfulness in a way that fits seamlessly into everyday routines, my goal is to make CBT not just effective but also enjoyable and sustainable.
