My name is Bianca Johnson, and I’ve been a therapist in the Maryland area since 2021. I work with a wide range of clients, supporting concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and self-esteem. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Let’s work together to create the change you wish to see.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. I’ll walk you through what therapy looks like with me, answer any questions, and together we’ll start shaping a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
bring a unique mix of clinical expertise and openness, working with a wide range of concerns while also being kink-aware, sex-positive, and affirming of diverse identities and relationship styles. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them grow in a way that honors their individuality.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are those who are ready to show up fully, engage in the work, and are committed to creating meaningful change in their lives. I value working with people who bring openness, curiosity, and dedication to the therapeutic process
