Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Michigan. I received my master degree from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and have been practicing for 9 years. I am also a Christian counselor, with a bachelor of theology and master degree leadership ministry. I help adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and people who want to be counseled from a biblical and professional perspective.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with adults in the mental health field for the past 9 years, I've developed skills, have taken theory (school, workshops, seminars, readings) and practical (working with diverse clients) into account, where I learn so much from my clients, colleagues, and others. I have developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a treatment plan that leads to measurable goals.
I love working with adults, seeking mental health treatment. My clients are eager to improve but don't yet have all the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about situation(s) in their life.

I was very anxious about the visit but I'm glad we went. My spouse who didn't want to go said he was glad he went. It appears there may be healthy dialogue starting.
