Analia Riemer

LPC (she/her)4 years of experience

Welcome! Are you feeling overwhelmed by complex trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, or deep burnout? Navigating major life transitions or exhaustion can feel isolating, but you don’t have to walk through these seasons alone. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) LPC, NCC, and CCTP-II, I offer secure telehealth therapy for adults across Pennsylvania and Florida. My clinical style is warm, authentic, and deeply relational. I believe true healing happens in a safe, collaborative partnership where you are seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis. In our work together, I place high value on self-awareness, mindfulness, and somatic practices. We won't just talk through burnout and stress intellectually—we will gently tune into your body and nervous system to process stored tension safely. Whether you are working through intergenerational trauma, cross-cultural shifts, grief, or systemic exhaustion, I actively honor your unique worldview and values. I would be honored to partner with you on your path toward healing and renewed balance.

First session

Starting therapy for the first time can feel intimidating, but your first session is simply a gentle, collaborative starting point where you will never be rushed to share more than feels safe for your nervous system. In our initial meeting, we will take time to settle in, build rapport, and ensure you feel comfortable in a warm, confidential telehealth space. Here is what you can expect from our time together: A Safe, Welcoming Space: A confidential telehealth environment where we take time to build trust and help your nervous system settle. Telling Your Story at Your Pace: We will explore what brings you to therapy—whether that is burnout, trauma, anxiety, or a major life transition—without any pressure to share more than you are ready for. Honoring Your System: A collaborative discussion that actively integrates your unique cultural background, personal values, and individual goals into our roadmap. Clarity & Connection: Gaining meaningful clarity on your experiences and feeling inspired about the healing path ahead.

Strengths

My practice stands out through its relational, integrative foundation. I view you as the expert on your life, and my role is to provide a grounded, compassionate space to explore mind, body, and worldview together. Key strengths I bring to our work include: Integrative Trauma & Burnout Care: As a CCTP-II, I combine EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices, pacing sessions to match your nervous system’s capacity so you can process trauma and recover from chronic burnout safely. Culturally Responsive & Relational: I actively invite and integrate your cultural heritage, family history, and personal belief systems into therapy. Bilingual Fluency: Seamless care in English or Spanish so no subtle nuance of your lived experience gets lost in translation. Somatic & Mindfulness Focus: Practical, body-based tools to regulate chronic stress, rebuild internal energy, and cultivate lasting resilience.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are adults across the lifespan who are navigating complex trauma, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions. They may be working through intergenerational patterns, adjusting to cross-cultural shifts, or feeling overwhelmed by relationship challenges and daily demands. In terms of mindset, they are often reflective, open, or curious about the deep connection between their mind, body, and emotions. While they might feel stuck in survival mode or exhausted from carrying heavy burdens alone, they are ready to build self-awareness, process stored tension safely, and foster authentic, lasting resilience. Rather than looking for a quick transactional fix, my ideal clients seek a collaborative, relational approach to therapy. They value a safe, culturally responsive space where their unique background, worldview, and personal values are genuinely honored. Whether we are utilizing EMDR, somatic modalities, CBT, or mindfulness practices, they appreciate a therapist who meets them with authentic warmth, clinical precision, and an active commitment to pacing our work safely for their nervous system.
