Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from California, currently living in Florida. I received my undergraduate degree from William Jessup University, with a Master's Degree from Chapman University. I love people and I love to see relationships thrive. Research shows us that the quality of life that we have is more dependent on the quality of relationships than any other factor. I want you to have the most fulfilling and satisfying life as possible.
In our first session you will tell me a lot about you. I want to know your likes, dislikes, connections, family history, perception of what it means to be happy, and what your preliminary goals are. Of course, you can ask me anything you want to. We will talk about what you have been struggling with and how we can work through those challenges.
I am highly relational. I deeply empathize with my clients as much as possible, believing that you can help someone best when you can see things from their perspective. I am excellent at helping people to connect to what the reasons for their behaviors are (their unseen motives). You can break free fro whatever is holding you back!
Dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful change, I specialize in guiding clients through life's most challenging patterns. My focus is helping you identify and remove the internal and external obstacles standing between you and the life you want. Together, we will gain fresh perspectives and actionable strategies so you can overcome what is holding you back and live a deeply successful, fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the way we look at how your thoughts and behaviors reinforce patterns that aren't producing the results you want in your life. Through cognitive and behavioral re-programming, you can create the outcomes you want in all areas of life.
Attachment-based therapy (ABT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the early attachment relationships between children and their caregivers. It is based on the theory that these early attachments play a crucial role in shaping a person's ability to form healthy and secure relationships later in life

Even though it was our first meeting he let us discuss something that was really effecting my husband and I. I’m looking forward to learn more about his style next meeting.
