About me

Welcome to a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I take a person-centered, strength-based approach that prioritizes your autonomy and choice. I meet you exactly where you are, while helping you recognize your strengths and build skills for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, depression, career changes, and personal growth. Together, we’ll uncover patterns holding you back and create space for meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I like to use person-centered therapy as a way to build rapport and develop a treatment plan. I feel as if the client should have full autonomy in the therapy space and that the client knows what works for them best. This allows the client to trust the process and build trust within themselves.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I think body and mind connection is super important. Our body and mind are so much more connected than we think. Understanding mind and body connection can help build trust within ourselves and understand how to better move forward. Mindfulness-based therapy can help with treatment anxiety, stress and when feeling triggered.
