In our initial session I will gather relevant background information, current concerns, and discuss what you are looking to achieve so that we can collaborate together on goals for treatment. In our work together we will explore your thoughts and feelings to bring awareness to how thought patterns can impact emotions, how you respond to situations and decisions you make. This can be especially helpful when struggling to manage stress and anxiety; the goal will be to learn ways to restructure or challenge unhelpul thought patterns and learn healthy ways of managing situations in your life.
