Together we can identify what is not working and how to get you to your optimal level of functioning. Whether you have feelings of anxiety and/or depression, I am here to help. Seeking therapy can be scary but not seeking therapy can be a detriment to your wellbeing. I will help you address your specific concerns and meet you with compassion. Let's work together!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT by focusing on thoughts, behaviors, emotions and reactions. By using CBT techniques, like journaling, keeping thought records and challenging our negative responses/reactions, we can see other perspectives and look at situations/concerns in a more factual and realistic manner, which can decrease anxiety and depression.
