In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a safe, supportive space for you to share what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and goals for treatment, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and express what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. We’ll move at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is to understand your needs and begin creating a personalized plan that supports your healing and growth using mindfulness-based techniques and other supportive tools.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Through mindfulness-based therapy, I help individuals develop a deeper awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns—empowering them to respond to life with greater clarity, self-compassion, and control. Empowering clients how to stay present and build resilience from within, to support them toward lasting change and a stronger connection to their inner strengths.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or stress, and are open to exploring new ways of coping and healing. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking a supportive, non-judgmental space to better understand their thoughts and emotions. Many of my clients are motivated to improve their well-being and are curious about mindfulness, even if they’re new to it. They value a calm, compassionate approach and are ready to take small, intentional steps toward greater balance, clarity, and resilience.
