I am a mother of a teenager in college and the founder of Mind Set Collective in El Segundo, CA. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and have worked at diverse agencies to gain experience serving clients of all ages and with various challenges. I am truly passionate about helping others understand the biology of stress and teaching skills that heal and balance the nervous system.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I provide a safe and accepting environment for my clients to identify, explore, and express their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I help empower my clients to create their desired change by building awareness and insight into the symptoms and behaviors that are impacting their lives.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Using somatic and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies, I help my clients understand the biology of their stress. I support my clients in learning self-regulation and communication skills, while methodically working through their emotions.

I am highly effective at teaching clients easily practiced skills to heal and balance their nervous system, promoting connection and well-being. I do not see clients for on-line Family Therapy. ---------- Note: I provide superbills for my out-of-network clients.
