Hello, My name is Kristin and welcome to my profile page! Do you feel stuck in a job, relationship, or pattern of behavior that feels impossible to shift? I empower my clients to confront and remove barriers to their happiness and uncover long-standing patterns or negative beliefs that may be preventing them from living the life they want. My approach to therapy is client centered and holistic; I believe in the synergy of mind, body, and spirit for optimal wellness. My Interactions with my clients are guided by the ethical principle of self-efficacy, you are the expert on you! I am here to listen and guide you towards what your heart desires. Choosing to begin therapy is a big step, you must have a therapist you can trust and connect with. I strive to provide an empathetic, safe, judgment free space for my clients to process their thoughts and feelings and accomplish their therapeutic goals.

I create a therapeutic space for my clients to gain insight into what is keeping them stuck and empower them to take steps to create lasting change.

Research shows that the single most important factor in predicting a positive outcome for individuals in therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship between client and practitioner. It is my belief that creating this relationship by helping my clients identify and develop their deepest passions and strengths is my greatest asset as a therapist. My approach is non conventional, there is no one size fits all in therapy! I will listen for and help you embrace what is unique and special about you.
