I am passionate about integrating mindfulness, yoga and education about our nervous system to develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, a traumatic past, increased substance use, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I’m here to help. I offer a non-judgmental space, using evidence-based treatments where you may heal and grow.

I believe many of our barriers stem from unresolved incidents (traumatic events) that have effected how we perceive ourselves. Whether we talk about the events or not, I am passionate about helping you heal the misperception of yourself. This more accurate perception of self leads to increased stability in life, increased connection with self and others, and overall increased wellbeing.
I work best with individuals that are ready to make the changes in their life they want to see!

Megan has been there for me like no one else has. She has been incredible. She truly listens and has tailored her approach to fit my unique needs, meeting me exactly where I am in my healing journey. She’s patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in helping me create a more fulfilling and connected life. I feel like she sees me, not just my symptoms, and that makes all the difference. I’ve had many therapists but no one has ever been able to improve my life in an hour like Megan has. She is great at breaking down a problem, helping you to identify how/why you feel the way you feel about it, helping you to find a solution or reframe the situation, the list goes on. She is also kind and open minded and creates a very safe space for me, and I credit her with helping in a lot of my major life decisions. If you’re looking for a keeper, look no further.

I had my first session with Meagan recently, and it was a great experience. She’s warm, down-to-earth, and really easy to talk to. I appreciated how she was open to holistic approaches and met me right where I was emotionally. I felt heard and understood, and I’m actually looking forward to continuing the work with her. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a therapist who brings both professionalism and a genuine human connection.
