Hello! Are you having trouble finding balance in life? Do you find it difficult to make your actions and intentions align? Are you struggling to connect to people in meaningful ways? I help people find more calm, peace and headspace in life. I will always meet you right where you are. As our starting point, we will identify what is keeping you from being the best version of yourself. I am passionate about integrating mindfulness, yoga and education about our nervous system to develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, a traumatic past, increased substance use, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I’m here to help. I offer a non-judgmental space, using evidence-based treatments where you may heal and grow.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be focusing on what is getting in your way of being the best version of you. I do my best to gather pertinent information and have you leave the first session with a tangible focus of what to work on.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I believe many of our barriers stem from unresolved incidents (traumatic events) that have effected how we perceive ourselves. Whether we talk about the events or not, I am passionate about helping you heal the versions of yourself that get in the way of you being your best version. This more accurate perception of self leads to increased stability in life, increased connection with self and others, and overall increased wellbeing.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work best with individuals that are ready to make the changes in their life they want to see!
Polyvagal Therapy
I use polyvagal to raise awareness of our physical and emotional state to increase active emotional regulation.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I primarily focus on CBT when working on resolving cognitive conflicts and navigating emotion.
Mind-body approach
As a certified yoga instructor and licensed therapist I am passionate about integrating these approaches to aid in the development of mind-body awareness. Mindfulness is a large part of this practice and often necessary to increase the efficacy of the other therapies I offer.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
When we get stuck IFS has been a wonderful approach at times to resolve conflicts that reside within us.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person centered therapy is used when we really need a space to explore who we are, practice feeling heard and speaking our truth.

I have just had one visit and I am so hopeful with the tools she has already provided. I love how goal oriented she is and how she gives clear and simple ideas on how to overcome my internal obstacles.

Megan has been there for me like no one else has. She has been incredible. She truly listens and has tailored her approach to fit my unique needs, meeting me exactly where I am in my healing journey. She’s patient, understanding, and genuinely invested in helping me create a more fulfilling and connected life. I feel like she sees me, not just my symptoms, and that makes all the difference. I’m finally starting to feel like real change is possible.

I’ve had many therapists but no one has ever been able to improve my life in an hour like Megan has. She is great at breaking down a problem, helping you to identify how/why you feel the way you feel about it, helping you to find a solution or reframe the situation, the list goes on. She is also kind and open minded and creates a very safe space for me, and I credit her with helping in a lot of my major life decisions. If you’re looking for a keeper, look no further.
