I am passionate about integrating mindfulness, yoga and education about our nervous system to develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I believe many of our barriers stem from unresolved incidents (traumatic events) that have effected how we perceive ourselves. Whether we talk about the events or not, I am passionate about helping you heal the misperception of yourself. This more accurate perception of self leads to increased stability in life, increased connection with self and others, and overall increased wellbeing.
I use polyvagal to raise awareness of our physical and emotional state to increase active emotional regulation.
