Ideal clients
My ideal therapy client is a woman who feels overwhelmed by the demands of life and is ready to reclaim her emotional well-being. She may be navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, or the pressure of constantly showing up for everyone else while neglecting herself. On the outside, she may appear to have it all together, but internally, she feels mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that make it difficult to find peace. She is looking for more than someone to listen; she wants a safe, supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect with herself. She wants to better understand her emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, regulate her nervous system, and gain the confidence to navigate life's challenges.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help women understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Your approach helps clients recognize how their thinking patterns influence how they feel, respond to stress, and navigate everyday challenges. CBT helps clients move beyond simply identifying what is wrong and begin understanding how their thoughts and beliefs may be contributing to their emotional distress.
