LMFT, 14 years of experience
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT-approved supervisor, and certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA, with over a decade of experience supporting clients of all ages. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges by creating a safe, collaborative space. Using evidence-based approaches, I guide clients toward lasting growth, stronger coping skills, and meaningful change in their lives.
We’ll spend time getting to know one another and clarifying what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I want to help you feel validated while we begin identifying the goals that matter most to you.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable opening up. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing. I integrate approaches like EMDR and CBT to help clients reduce symptoms, build confidence, and experience meaningful, lasting improvements in their overall well-being.
My ideal clients are teens, young adults, and adults who are seeking support for challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, but are motivated to make positive changes. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore new perspectives, develop coping skills, and strive for greater confidence, balance, and fulfillment.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, I use EMDR along with other modalities to support trauma healing and long-term symptom relief.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, improving mood and behaviors.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – I integrate IFS to explore inner parts and facilitate deep healing of past wounds.
