New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change. With a background in wellness, yoga, and meditation, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy that honors the connection between mind and body. My style is warm, collaborative, and affirming (with some humor!), creating a space where clients can truly explore, heal, and grow.
Our first session is a chance to begin building a foundation of trust while exploring what’s bringing you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you hope will be different moving forward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals while creating a space that feels supportive, collaborative, and free from judgment.
One of my greatest strengths is helping clients bridge the gap between intellectual understanding and lived experience. Many people come to therapy with significant insight into their patterns, yet still feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to create lasting change. I combine warmth, curiosity, and deep clinical insight with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection to help clients move toward greater healing, integration, and authenticity.
I work best with thoughtful, self-aware adolescents and adults who feel stuck despite having insight into their challenges. Many are navigating trauma, identity exploration, sexuality, relationship concerns, life transitions, or patterns that no longer serve them. They are seeking more than symptom relief—they want deeper healing, greater self-understanding, authentic connection, and meaningful, lasting change. While insight is often present, they are looking for support in translating that insight into lasting transformation.
Other specialties
I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Through ACT, I help clients make space for painful thoughts, feelings, and experiences so they can move toward the life, relationships, and values that matter most to them.
Attachment-based
I incorporate attachment-based therapy by helping clients identify relational patterns, heal attachment wounds, and develop more secure and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
Brainspotting
I use Brainspotting to help clients access and process unresolved trauma, emotions, and experiences that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.
Compassion Focused
I incorporate Compassion Focused Therapy to support clients in healing shame, softening self-judgment, and building emotional resilience through self-compassion.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I incorporate IFS (parts work) to help clients understand the protective roles their parts have played, heal underlying wounds, and develop a stronger connection to their authentic Self.
