I am a dual board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in diagnostic testing and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders.

GentlePsych was founded on the principles of compassion, academic knowledge, clinical experience, and creating a sense of belonging. GentlePsych strives to make the world of psychiatry a little less scary and more user-friendly for everyone because everyone deserves to thrive, not merely survive. My goal is to create a safe space where individuals can openly discuss their mental health challenges. Ideal clients
I treat clients ages 7 and up with ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and sleep disorders. I provide evaluation and assessment for mental health disorders as well as medication prescribing and management and supportive therapy.
