Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

🌱 Our First Session Your first session is a chance for us to slow down, breathe, and get a sense of whether this space feels right for you. I’ll invite you to share what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what you need to feel supported. We’ll talk through your goals and begin shaping a plan that feels realistic, compassionate, and tailored to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

🌼 My Greatest Strengths I excel at creating a supportive, non‑judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences with honesty and courage. My strengths include trauma‑informed care, relationship work, and helping clients reconnect with their sense of identity, confidence, and emotional balance. I also believe in providing real tools that my clients can utilize outside of therapy in the form of "homework," but don't worry, you do this at your pace with your goals in mind.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are navigating life transitions, rebuilding confidence, or seeking clarity in their personal, professional, or relational lives. My ideal clients are reflective, open to growth, and ready to explore patterns that no longer serve them. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who value emotional insight, healthy boundaries, and practical strategies for moving forward with purpose. I am also positioned to support adults who are ready to reclaim their voice, strengthen their boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. I enjoy working with individuals navigating burnout, career shifts, identity exploration, grief, or relationship challenges. My ideal clients value honesty, emotional insight, and a collaborative space where they can grow with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I work well with clients who appreciate a blend of emotional insight and practical tools to support them when they are not in therapy. My ideal clients are adults seeking support with stress, anxiety, life transitions, self‑esteem, or relationship patterns. I enjoy helping individuals and couples develop healthier boundaries, strengthen communication skills, and build a more grounded, intentional way of living.

My treatment methods

Motivational Interviewing

Every client deserves respect, autonomy, and safety. Motivational Interviewing allows me to support the client is exploring real solutions to real issues that they may be facing and together we can work on a treatment plan and goal.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Cognitive processing therapy addresses the root cause of anxiety, depression and other emotional challenges. CPT allows clients to understand the why behind negative emotions and behaviors and turn it around to behaviors that promote emotional wellbeing.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment therapy because it allows clients to not only accept who they are, but support them in creating lasting behavioral changes by addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Christian Counseling

I believe treating the whole person is important, this means the emotional, mental and spiritual side of who a person is. With Christian Based Counseling, I utilize biblical principals to address client concerns who are looking for a deeper meaning and reason for the challenges they may be facing.
