As a clinician, I'm passionate about integrating the seen with the unseen. Understanding and working with the root issues. Helping you open into more of who you can be. I offer a warm, compassionate place for you to allow (or learn to allow) yourself to be cared for and supported. Embodied, experiential, and present: I work with techniques such as felt sensing and interoception, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed, Energy Psychology, and Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, to help you access, understand, and release emotions and stuckness and trauma.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We are created within traumagenic systems and layers of oppression, and my therapy approach aims to companion and help you connect back to your wise and whole core self.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I guide grounding meditations in session and help with somatic awareness, emotional articulation and coping strategies. I'm Usui Reiki Level II certified, offer use of runes, tarot and oracle decks in sessions, and am a sound artist, an animist and connected to my ancestors.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Folks who want to get to the root cause and show up for themselves.
