I am so happy you are here! It is my privilege to hold a healing space solely for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have practiced for 9 years, helping adults, teens and children heal and grow! In all I have over 16 years in the mental health field & hold additional certification in Drug and Alcohol counseling. I am trained in several therapy modalities including: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, Somatic integration and Ego State.
It's my practice to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in initial sessions to explore your reasons for therapy and from there decide on the therapeutic approach that is most appropriate and evidence-based to use. By utilizing an evidence-based therapy modality, we will work together to create positive change and progress in healing. We will work side by side to get your life back and establish lasting relief
First and foremost it's my passion to immerse myself in understanding and getting to know you, what you've been through and how that has shaped and formed who you are today. I listen intently, and create a soft and calm space to allow for empathy and validation; its time you are heard. I take pride in utilizing evidence based modalities and incorporating a trauma informed treatment approach.

Or self-image and boundaries has always been a struggle and caused conflicts within your relationships. Does it seem as though life should feel more joyful, easier or just somehow better? I have worked with an array of clients, presently I am scheduling sessions for adults and teens navigating through obstacles related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, sexual abuse, self-image, relationship concerns and more.

I specialize in evidence based counseling techniques and assist adults and teens in navigating through obstacles related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, self-image and more. I use AIP and EMDR techniques to assist you in processing through traumatic experiences from the past that cause distress in the present
DBT techniques are implemented in my practice to help you learn ways to manage distress, reduce overwhelm and cope with difficult emotions
