Our sessions will focus on your strengths and how we can maximize them to get to your desired outcome. We will discuss your unwanted thought patterns, in the hope of regenerating healthier ones. We will walk part of your journey together to build a therapeutic relationship and develop a plan to address your needs.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My approach to counseling is holistic and strength-based. It is understood that working with individuals can be a unique experience. Therefore I use CBT techniques, Personal Centered techniques to assist individuals with eliminating irrational thoughts and negative feelings, with the hope of changing behaviors to improve their quality of life.

My ares of interest are focused on emotional health, stress management, mental disease, anxiety, or depression, etc. I will explore and support the relationships that you feel are significant. We all have unique strengths that can help us overcome obstacles and break down barriers that frequently impact our lives.
